SKTCH /Seller does not make or have any expressed warranties that extend beyond the description contained herein. SKTCH /Seller disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Since SKTCH /Seller cannot control the manner of use of its products after their sale, SKTCH /Seller will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. When SKTCH/Seller are acting as a distributor of products manufactured by other companies, SKTCH /Seller expressly limits its liability to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer, which guarantees SKTCH /Seller will pass on to the customer. No warranty will apply if its products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by SKTCH /Seller.

Custom order items may be subject to additional charges pursuant to each individual order and have special handling charges. Custom order items are sold on a non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-returnable basis.

Customer hereby releases and holds SKTCH harmless from any and all claims, injuries or causes of action by or on behalf of customer or of any third party caused, in whole or in part, by the intentional acts or negligence of customer or of any third party, or in any way related to any failure of customer or customer’s vehicle to comply with any law, ordinance, rule, or regulation

 

SECTION 23 - PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

For pre-order art prints and products. Please allow up to 20 DAYS from the day of purchase, for us to receive the fine art prints from our supplier, after which, please allow the artist(s) to perform quality checks, sign, number and/or emboss the fine art print(s)/art work(s)/product(s) as proof of art work authenticity.

Strictly no-refund is allow upon purchase of pre-order item(s).

SECTION 24 - PURCHASING OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS:

All original art work canvases will be unstretched from the wooden frame, rolled and wrapped with bubble wrap protection and inserted safely into a cardboard shipping tube for international shipment as to ensure safe delivery and to avoid any puncturing/damaged during transit.
